Cancellation Policy

Políticas de cancelación -English Below- Les agradecemos su comprensión y ayuda con esta nueva política de cancelación. Les recordamos que al hacer una cita están apartando un espacio que entonces otro paciente necesitado de atención médica no puede ocupar. Que cancelen con tiempo nos ayuda a poder ofrecer ese espacio a otros pacientes y respetar el tiempo de los médicos veterinarios, así como brindar un mejor servicio. Tiempo de tolerancia ● Sin excepción alguna, el tiempo de tolerancia para llegar a las consultas presenciales y en línea es de 15 minutos. ● Después de ese tiempo, por respeto a las siguientes citas y el tiempo de nuestros médicos veterinarios, tendrán que esperar a que los médicos tengan oportunidad de recibirlos entre citas, o agendar una nueva. Cargo por cancelaciones o citas perdidas* En caso de cancelar el día anterior durante el horario de servicio o antes, no habrá ningún cargo extra. En caso de cancelar el mismo dia, o el día antes pero después del horario de servicio: 3 o más horas antes, se cobrará el 25% de la consulta en su siguiente visita 1 ó 2 horas antes, se cobrará el 50% de la consulta en la siguiente visita En el momento de la cita o no cancelar, habrá un cargo del 100% de la visita y este deberá ser cubierto vía transferencia electrónica o pago en caja, para poder generar una cita para cualquiera de nuestros servicios, así como llevar a cabo la compra de cualquier producto que comercialicemos. Pérdida de posibilidad de hacer citas agendadas En caso de cancelar el mismo día o no presentarse sin previo aviso en dos ocasiones seguidas a la consulta, perderán la oportunidad de generar una cita previa en su siguiente visita y deberán presentarse en Pet point y esperar a que los médicos tengan oportunidad de recibirles entre citas previo pago de la o las citas perdidas en caja o por transferencia electrónica. En caso de existir cualquier adeudo en la clínica (cancelación/cita perdida, servicio médico o producto) perderá la oportunidad de recibir la atención para cualquiera de nuestros servicios. *En caso de emergencia personal no se aplicará cargo alguno por una cita perdida. Cancelation Policy We thank you in advance for your understanding and help with this new cancelation policy. We would like to remind you that when you make an appointment, you are reserving a space that another patient in need of medical attention can then no longer occupy. Fees for cancelled or missed appointments* ● If you cancel the day prior to your visit during working hours or before, there will be no charge. ● If you cancel the same day, or the day prior but after working hours: ○ 3 hours or more before the appointment: You will be charged 25% of the cost of the appointment on your next visit. ○ 1-2 hours before: You will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment at your next visit. ○ At the time of the appointment or not canceling, there will be a charge of 100% of the visit and this must be covered via electronic transfer or cashier payment, in order to generate an appointment for any of our services, as well as carry out the purchase of any product that we commercialize. Loss of the right to make a scheduled appointment In case of canceling on the same day or not showing up without prior notice on two consecutive occasions, they will lose the opportunity to make an appointment on their next visit and must go to the Pet point and wait for the doctors to receive them between Appointments upon payment of the missed appointment(s) at the cash register or by electronic transfer. In the event of any debt in the clinic (cancellation/missed appointment, medical service or product) you will lose the opportunity to receive care for any of our services. *In case of personal emergencies, there will be no fees for missed appointments.
